If cleared payment has been received by 1pm, goods are dispatched the following business day, at the latest. We always try to dispatch the same day payment is received, if possible.
Made to measure costumes may require extra production time - see individual item pages for more details.
Orders are dispatched with Royal Mail 1st Class.

Items will be dispatched with Royal Mail's Airmail service. Delivery times are between 5 to 10 working days. LARGER ORDERS SUCH AS WHOLESALE PACKS OF SCARVES (50+) SENT WITH DHL EXPRESS IN 1 TO 3 DAYS.
Please note delivery times may vary. UK customers please contact us if you have not received your goods within 7 working days, international customers 15 working days.
Shipping prices are regulated according to weight. Our shopping cart system will automatically calculate the shipping costs of your order depending on the country you have selected, and the shipping method. Any free shipping offers will be displayed on checkout.
For made to measure costumes there is a waiting period while the product is made to your specifications. Made to measure costumes are dispatched from our Turkish office after they have been made. Some customs duty may be levied on entry to the destination country.
Public holidays may affect delivery times.

UNCONDITIONAL, NO QUIBBLES RETURN POLICY
If you are in any way dissatisfied with your product we will offer a replacement or a refund, depending on your wishes. Please contact us by email on receiving the item you are dissatisfied with and we will work to resolve the issue for you. Please return items within 7 days of receipt in the exact condition as sent, unworn including tags attached and all packaging where applicable. When returning we recommend using a recorded/insured service as we can not be held responsible if a returned item is lost in the mail. Before returning please contact us with the reason for return. Please note that shipping and handling costs are at the customer's expense, unless we are in error.
